How should I pay?

You can pay via CreditCard, PayPal, DirectEBanking, MisterCash, Sofort Banking, Kbc, Belfius, and iDEAL. If you use these paying systems, your order is immediately confirmed. In principle this means that your product will be dispatched the same day.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and country of your order. In your shopping cart you will see an estimation of the shipping costs for your specific order.  

Do you ship to my country? 

We ship our products to all EU member states, to Australia, New-Zealand, Canada, and the United States. Please check the list below to see if we ship to your country:

Do I have to pay extra for customs? 

Within the EU, there are no extra charges for customs and local taxes. This is because prices on are already VAT included. Customers outside of the EU do not pay European taxes however, resulting in a lower price when ordering. Whether you have to pay extra taxes at local customs fully depends on the regulations in your own country. We cannot be held responsible for any extra charges. 

What time should I allow for delivery? 

During working hours your package will be dispatched on the day you order the product. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day. In most cases delivery will be made within three days after ordering. Depending on the delivery schedule of PostNL and local postal services, customers should in some cases allow for extra time.

I would like to return my product. Is that possible? 

Products can be returned without notice of reason within 14 days, provided the item is shipped in its original and unopened packing. Moreover the article should not be damaged or used. Before you return the product, please send us a message via our contact formAfter you have received our approval, you can send the item within 14 days to:

Shipping costs should be paid by the customer. As soon as the shipment has arrived in good order, we will credit your account within 14 days.

The item I ordered is out of stock. What’s the procedure? 

In most cases our products are in stock. This entails that articles could be temporarily unavailable. If that’s the case, you will find a remark to that effect on the site, stating when stocks will be replenished. Of course we’ll do our utmost to avoid this situation!

I can’t find my question on this page. What should I do?
